Our charming 17th-century farmhouse cottage is available to host a private afternoon tea for you and your guests. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, catching up with loved ones, or just treating yourself - our private afternoon experience promises to be an unforgettable.

• Selection of deep filled finger sandwiches (Egg, cheese, ham, cream cheese & cucumber)

• Homemade cheese & onion quiche

• Buttermilk scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam,

• Classic cakes: lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge cupcake and chocolate brownie,

• Topped with fresh fruit and macarons,

• Unlimited British tea or cafetière coffee

• We have two dining options in Hood Lane Farm farm house  for 4-6 guests.  

• Want to host an afternoon tea party or gathering for a special occasion? Our barn can sit 23 guests.

• prefer a cream tea? we have standard, gluten free and vegan cream teas available for £12.50 PP
